Our services include Registered Massage Therapy, Counselling Therapy, Acupuncture, Kinesiology Personal Training, and Group Fitness Classes - providing an integrated approach that combines healthcare, movement, and education.

We currently offer direct billing with 30+ insurance providers, including SunLife, Canada Life, Manulife, Desjardins, Beneva, Equitable Life, Industrial Alliance (iA), ClaimSecure, Johnston Group, Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan, and many more.
Blue Cross direct billing is currently in progress and will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but you will not be charged before your visit. Any remaining balance after direct billing (if applicable) will be collected following your appointment.
